COWPEAS(BLACK-EYED BEAN) VADAI
Ingredients
Cowpeas-1 cup(cleaned)
Chopped onion-1/2 cup
Chopped curry and coriander leaves
To paste:
Ginger-little
Garlic-4 pods
Drychilly and green chilly as per taste
Salt
Oil
Method
Soak and grind cowpeas.
Add pasted masala,onion ,salt, curry and coriander leaves
Mix to vada batter consistency.
Deep fry the vadas in oil.
Option: can add some chopped methi leaves.
PALAK BONDA
Ingredients
Basen flour-1 cup
Chopped g.chilly-3 or chilly powder
Chopped onion-1/2 cup
Chopped palak-1/4 to ½ cup
Salt
Ginger garlic paste-1 tsp
Chopped curry and coriander leaves
Water
Method
Mix all the ingredients to thick batter.
Make shapes and deep fry in oil.
