FOLIC SALAD
Ingredients
Cooked :
Corn
kabuli chenna
Potato
Peas
Oil or butter sauted:
Chopped palak-saute with oil
Sliced capsicums
Lady’s finger(sauté well in oil till done)
Method
Add all the ingredients in a bowl,add salt.
For extra taste add pepper or chatmasala or mayonise or tomato,soy ,chilly sauce as per your choice.
Can add little olive oil.
Toss evenly and serve.
Option: can add lettuce,broccoli too .
