Peas corn palak rice
Ingredients
Rice-1 cup
Cooked peas,corn-1/2 cup
Palak -1 bunch
Ginger garlic paste-1 tsp
Cinnamon,cloves,cardamom,bay leaves -2
Green chilly-2 or 3
Salt
Method
Soak and cook the rice with salt and water or coconut milk.
Each grain of rice should be separate.
Heat oil,add Cinnamon,cloves,cardamom,bay leaves.
Add ginger garlic paste,sauté well.
Add green chilly,chopped palak and sauté well.
Add cooked corn and peas.
Add little salt and mix all evenly.
Add cooked rice and mix evenly.
Serve hot.
